INTRODUCTION

In other words, attics, attic apartments, renovated and new apartments, renovated buildings, etc., in areas of Historical and Monumental Madrid, with good transport links and an environment which is traditional, bohemian and modern all at the same time.

2) Commercial premises throughout MADRID , from the most modern areas (Chamartín, Ciudad Lineal, etc.) to the most traditional (Centre, Chamberí, Salamanca , Argüelles, etc.) searching for establishments which can most easily be adapted to the needs of the investors or entrepreneurs who put their trust in us. Since then, many clients, particularly those related to any premises in the Hotel and Restaurant industry (Restaurants, Pubs, Cafés, Small hotels, Drinks bars, etc.) have honoured us with their trust and believe that we know how to help them in this field with integrity, transparency and the confidentiality that they deserve.
