INTRODUCTION
We first set out as a company in 1999 and right from the outset, our aim has been
to gain the customer’s trust in our work, that they speak positively about
us to other people and that we do not lose customers even if the transaction

attics, attic apartments, renovated and new apartments, renovated buildings, etc.,
in areas of Historical and Monumental Madrid, with good transport links and
an environment which is traditional, bohemian and modern all at the same time.
2) Commercial premises throughout
MADRID
, from the most modern areas (Chamartín, Ciudad Lineal, etc.) to the most traditional
(Centre, Chamberí,
Salamanca
, Argüelles, etc.) searching for establishments which can most easily be adapted
to the needs of the investors or entrepreneurs who put their trust in us. Since
